Facebook is changing. How should higher ed react?

Facebook is constantly evolving. The company frequently changes its algorithms causing shifts in the posts we see in our news feeds. Because of that and for a number of others reasons, less people are now using the platform.

Facebook has seen a sharp decrease in the number of people who use its site and a decline in the amount of time people spend on the site. Michael Stoner of mStoner, who will speak at our 2018 Spring Professional Development Conference, explains why–despite these shifts– Facebook is still important for universities in this Inside Higher Ed piece.
