Finding a new normal

During the fall semester colleges campuses had to determine how to co-exist with COVID-19. Some opened, some opened and integrated testing plans, others went remote, and some used a mixture of remote and in-person classes. Rutgers University chose remote learning, and while there was disappointment, it gave the school time to develop and begin a comprehensive testing strategy.
