The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, refreshing, reinforcing and promoting the University’s brand across the University of Pittsburgh system. This includes planning and executing the strategy and budget to promote the brand through digital and traditional marketing channels and communications tools, providing brand training for Pitt affiliates and vendors trusted to promote the University, working with University partners to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns, guiding content development to support the brand and providing direction for the approved use of the Pitt’s marks and colors.
The Brand Manager is part of a team in University Communications and Marketing that enhances the University’s reputation and supports revenue generation. The ideal candidate will be excited about the University’s brand platform, teamwork and connecting the dots across Pitt.
Position requires a Master’s degree and 5-6 years of experience.
